ELDERS + BOARD
The senior spiritual leadership for Vineyard Church is provided by our Elder Team, which is made up of three to seven members. Our elders are biblically qualified servant-leaders, who oversee, guide and guard the mission, vision, life and doctrine of Vineyard Church, under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. They ensure that the church maintains a passionate commitment to historic Christian orthodoxy and practice, and to the beliefs, values, and practices of Vineyard USA. Our Lead Pastors, Pat and Lisa Mulcahy, serve as the leaders of the Elder Team. Tom Lanham and Rhonda Curran also serve as elders.
The Board of Directors serves as the governing body of Vineyard Church, providing oversight and accountability, as well encouragement, counsel, and support to the Lead Pastors. In addition, the Board provides legal and financial oversight to Vineyard Church. The Board has three to nine members, and is led by its Chairman, who is elected by the Directors each year. The Directors serve three year renewable terms. Our current Chairman is Tom Lanham, and the other Directors are Pat Mulcahy, Steve Dykema, Tracy Strickland, and Dave Wagner.
