An essential part of our growth in knowing God involves growing to know ourselves better, and opening ourselves to the transforming work of the Holy Spirit. Many of us have found Emotionally Focused to be of tremendous help for that process.
The Foundation Intensive is the first step in the Emotionally Focused discipleship journey. It introduces you to a process by which we become more fully aware of who God has made us to be, of the ways we are living into that, as well as the ways we are not. Through a combination of teaching, reflection, and small group discussion you will gain insight into what keeps you from living the kind of abundant life God wants for you. You will begin to learn about tools and practices that will equip you for the journey towards greater wholeness and life.
