COMPASSION YOGA | EVERY OTHER THURSDAY IN OCT + NOV | 7P-8P
As with all beginners in any journey, you have to start somewhere! Please join Vanessa Blake in a neutral and supportive environment to learn the basics of Vinyasa Flow yoga. Certified in Special Education, Vanessa will utilize her passion for teaching in a calm and compassionate practice. With her current experience teaching children’s yoga, she aspires to ease anxiety, improve concentration, and boost self-esteem in adults. Please bring a friend and have an open heart!
Compassion Yoga is designed for beginners who would like to start or continue their practice of yoga. A percentage of the proceeds will be donated to the Vineyard’s Compassion Fund.
Every other Thursday evening, from 7 pm- 8 pm
Fee: $12/ class (cash preferred, or PayPal)
Where: Lower Level in Vineyard Kids area
Information: Blocks and straps will be provided. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. (Limited mats will be available.)
