Please complete the annual plant order form(s) below by Thursday, May 9th. All orders need to be pre-paid. You will be able to pick up your plants on Sunday, May 12th in time for Mother’s Day! Beginning at 9AM. Any pre-ordered plants not picked up by 3PM will be at the church in the shade, labeled with your name. Their care/health cannot be guaranteed.
